Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness to enable everyone to keep a calm and positive mindset when we meet with the inevitable challenges and difficulties of life, whether its simply a challenging day, year or just feeling troubled by the difficulties we see in the world.

In this series we will explore various wisdom insights that Buddha taught, as well as practical tools of meditation and mindfulness that will enable everyone to develop and maintain an authentic and consistent positive outlook on life, no matter what’s happening.

Through this we will discover how the challenges we meet don’t need to overwhelm us, instead they can help us grow stronger and enable us to improve our inner peace, authentic happiness and well-being, and be of increasing benefit in a troubled world.

Nov 20 – Acceptance, resilience, and staying positive when things go wrong
Nov 27 – Developing inner refuge from the storms of life, the key to happiness
Dec 4 – How understanding karma helps positively transform challenges and life
Dec 11 – Staying calm, positive and helpful in a troubled world

The classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week.

Drop-in fee (per class): €10 | free for supporting members
Class Card: (4 x classes): €30 – 4 x classes for the price of 3

No need to book, just drop-in.
