The busyness of daily life, constant demands on our time, and the difficulties we meet, can often leave us all feeling tired, stressed and stuck in a state of worrying. If we don’t have constructive ways to deal with this, it can easily lead to increasing anxiety, fear, unhappiness, and feeling stuck in these unhealthy states of mind.

In this series, we will learn highly practical meditations and trainings in improving our mindfulness in daily life, that empower us to recognise, reduce and let go of anxiety and fear, with confidence. In its place we will learn how to develop and maintain positive, peaceful states of mind, that enable us to fully enjoy our life, free of anxiety and fear, whatever is happening in our day.

Sep 11 – How to let go of worrying about change
Sep 18 – How to let go of worrying about others, and how it helps us & them
Sep 25 – Why we develop fear, how to let it go, and live without fear

The classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week.
