Learn how training in meditation and mindfulness can enable you to live fearlessly. We all suffer from fear and anxiety at times in our lives. Our fears can become our limits if we don’t have a constructive way of looking at them and letting them go. They can easily prevent us fully enjoying life and reaching our full potential. They can stop us moving forward or taking on new challenges that will improve our life and lead to greater happiness and fulfillment.

In this workshop Kadam Adam will introduce us to meditations and practices for daily life to change this. We will learn how to face our fears and let them go, with a sense of courage and peace of mind. We will discover how to use our fears as a catalyst for positive change in our lives and to find freedom from limitations. In this way, we learn how to live fearlessly, growing our inner strength, confidence, happiness and sense of fulfilment day by day.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation. It will include talks, guided meditations and time for Q&A.

Learn the step-by-step methods to establishing a regular and highly rewarding meditation practice. You will learn everything you need to know to easily integrate meditation into your normal daily schedule.

You will also learn a creative and inspiring approach to meditation that will lead to significant and lasting improvements in your inner peace, happiness and well-being. This workshop is suitable for everyone, from beginners to those who have been meditating for a while and would like to improve their practice. The morning includes teachings and guided meditations, with time for Q&A.
