Discover how to connect to the natural peace, clarity and potential of our minds through the practise of a special and highly practical meditation known as ‘The clarity of the mind’ meditation.

We will explore how this experience enables us to easily let go of unhealthy states of mind such as anxiety and fear, as well as perceived faults and limiting beliefs that we may hold about ourself. We will also see how this experience enables us to develop confidence in our ability to cultivate our inner potential for good qualities, inner peace and happiness.

Also, we will explore how this experience opens the door to gaining insight into the true nature of things, including ourself. We will realise that we are not as fixed, stuck or limited as we can often feel we are. In truth, we all exist in a state of profound freedom and limitless potential for positive change. Connecting with this sense of freedom and potential, we become confident that we can change and live the truly peaceful, happy and fulfilling life we would want.

We can often be so focused on what we don’t have, we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we already have. Learn how the practice of meditating on, and being mindful of, gratitude enables everyone to fully appreciate life, others and our potential to live a life of genuine happiness and fulfilment. The emphasis will be on how to integrate this new found sense of gratitude and appreciation we learn on the course into every aspect of our life: work, family, friends, down-time etc. Suitable for beginners and those with more experience, the morning includes talks and guided meditations, with time for Q&A.

In this meditation workshop, Kadam Adam will explore how we can all develop the confidence to make the lasting positive changes we long for and move our lives in the direction we want. We will explore profound and highly practical tools and insights of personal development within the Buddhist meditation tradition, that enable everyone to connect with the power and potential that exists within our minds for deep and lasting positive change.

These proven meditation tools and insights into the psychology of change, give us all the ability to become the person we would wish to be: more peaceful, kinder, more confident, happier, more loving, less fearful, less anxious and so forth. In this way we can start the new year the way we mean to go on, confident in our ability to make the lasting positive changes we want, and find the happy and fulfilling life we all long for.
