Tuesdays, Oct 8th to Nov 5th | 19:15 to 20:45 | with Kadam Adam | Dublin Chamber of Commerce, 7 Clare Street, Dublin 2 (opposite the entrance to the National Gallery).

Is it really possible to experience a deep and consistent feeling of joy and happiness, in our normal daily life? Yes! In this series, discover for yourself, how meditation enables us to discover a real treasure – the natural source of joy in our own mind.

Within our minds lies the potential for real happiness and freedom, the true fulfillment of all our wishes. In this series, we will explore meditations and practices for improving our mindfulness in daily life, that will enable us to consistently tune into that natural source of joy and positive energy in our own mind, throughout our day. We will learn how we can all actualise this potential, and discover how to use everyday to bring immense happiness, meaning and benefit to both ourself and others.

Oct 8 – Unlocking our unlimited potential
Oct 15 – Gratitude, the happiness superpower
Oct 22 – Living in the moment, seizing the day
Oct 29 – The law of Karma, the secret to creating the life we want
Nov 5 – Good heart, happy life, feeling fulfilled in daily life

These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week. No need to bring anything, except a notebook and pen if you wish to take some notes. Dress code is whatever you’re comfortable in. Chairs provided for everyone.

Drop-in fee (per class): €10 | free for supporting members
Class Card: (4 x classes): €30 – 4 x classes for the price of 3

No need to book, just drop-in.
