Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness to confidently let go of anxiety and enjoy life fully from the inside-out, at our new city centre classes, at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.

The busyness of daily life, constant demands on our time, and the difficulties we meet, can often leave us all feeling tired, stressed and stuck in a state of worry. If we don’t have constructive ways to deal with this, it can easily lead to increasing anxiety, unhappiness, and feeling stuck in these unhealthy states of mind.

In this series, we will learn highly practical meditations and trainings in improving our mindfulness in daily life, that enable us to recognise, reduce and let go of anxiety, with confidence. In its place we will learn how to develop and maintain positive, peaceful states of mind, that enable us to feel genuinely happy, emotionally resilient and fully enjoy our life – free of anxiety – whatever is happening in our day.

Feb 19 – Why we worry, how to let it go, and find freedom from anxiety
Feb 26 – How to let go of worrying about change & living in the moment
Mar 5 – Meditation and the keys to mastering the art of enjoying life, fully

The weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. They include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week.

Drop-in fee (per class): €10 | free for supporting members
Class Card: (4 x classes): €30 – 4 x classes for the price of 3
