Discover the power of love to positively transform our life, and all our relationships.

In this series, we will explore how love is not just something we find when we meet lovable people. Buddha explained how love is a natural quality of our minds, that we can all cultivate and improve, through simply learning to genuinely love people.

Through training in meditation and improving our mindfulness in daily life, we can all learn how to develop and maintain authentic love for others, at all times, in all situations.

We will discover – through our own experience – how love is a real super power! Through improving our love for others, we will find a deeper and longer lasting experience of inner peace, happiness and emotional well-being.

Also, our relationships with others will greatly improve, and we will develop a new and inspiring perspective on the great meaning and benefit authentic love can bring to our life, and those we share our life with.

Apr 2 – Letting go of inner obstacles to loving others & the art of cherishing them
Apr 9 – From me to we! expanding our wish for happiness to all
Apr 16 – Wishing love, a special meditation to grow love, inner peace and joy

These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week.
