Discover how meditation and mindfulness helps us experience the peace of mind and inner freedom that comes from learning to genuinely forgive others and ourselves, so that we can move forward in a positive way with our lives and relationships, unburdened by past events.

We will learn practical meditations and practices for daily life that enable us to let go of feelings of anger and resentment towards others. We will explore how this then enables us to look more constructively at any difficult situation we may have with others, with the wisdom that enables us to authentically forgive them, and move forward with our lives and relationships. Also, discover how to let go of self criticism and feelings of guilt and forgive ourselves, when we upset others or make mistakes.

Suitable for beginners and those with more experience, the morning includes talks and guided meditations, with time for Q&A.

Course fee: €30 | €20 for supporting members & study programme students
