Discover the power of meditation and mindfulness to confidently let go of anxiety and enjoy life fully from the inside-out, at this free public talk at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce.

The busyness of daily life, constant demands on our time, and the difficulties we meet, can often leave us all feeling tired, stressed and stuck in a state of worry. If we don’t have constructive ways to deal with this, it can easily lead to increasing anxiety, unhappiness, and feeling stuck in these unhealthy states of mind.

Kadam Adam will explain how meditation & mindfulness enables us to recognise, reduce and let go of anxiety, with confidence. In its place we learn how to develop and maintain positive, peaceful states of mind, that enable us to feel genuinely happy, emotionally resilient and fully enjoy our life – free of anxiety – whatever is happening in our day.

This free public talk will be followed by a three week series of new weekly classes at the chamber of commerce (starting Feb 19) where we will learn highly practical meditations and trainings in improving our mindfulness in daily life, that will enable us to integrate the ideas from the free talk into our life. Everyone is very welcome to attend the free talk, even if they do not wish to attend the three week series.

This free public talk is suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. It includes a talk, two deeply relaxing guided meditations and time for Q&A.
