Talks and guided meditations

Discover highly practical trainings in meditation and improving our mindfulness, that have proven effective for centuries in enabling everyone to live their best life, from the inside-out.

We know from our own experience that we can never derive deep and lasting happiness from material things. Indeed it often seems the more emphasis we place on material development, the more problems we encounter. We may create a life that looks good on the outside, but doesn’t always feel so good on the inside.

In this series, we will explore how the key to living our best life is creating a healthy balance in our life, between material (or outer) development and inner development, developing the potential of our mind.

We will discover how we can all live our normal daily life, and at the same time begin to find deep and lasting happiness through training in meditation and mindfulness that focuses on this inner development, developing the capacity and potential of our mind.

Through improving our qualities of love, compassion and wisdom we can gradually eliminate our inner suffering and problems and attain deep and lasting peace of mind and happiness.

In this way, we learn how to live our best life, from the inside-out. We gradually become free from the anxiety, frustration and stress that comes from seeking but never quite finding, the deep and lasting happiness we all long for from our work, relationships and external life.

Instead we develop and maintain a new found sense of inner peace and joy that we bring to all areas of our life, such as our relationships, our work and so forth, from the inside-out.

Feb 27 – The power of love to positively transform our life and relationships
Mar 6 – The power of wisdom, our inner guide to real happiness, real freedom

These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week.

Drop-in fee (per class): €10 | free for supporting members
Class Card: (4 x classes): €30 – 4 x classes for the price of 3
