We all know our mind very much determines our experience of our day, our life. If our mind is in a good space, we have a good day, and if it’s not we invariably don’t. However, what exactly is our mind? and can we transform it into an ally?

In this brand new series, we will explore what exactly is our mind, it’s nature and potential. How it has the power and potential to positively transform our experience of life. Discover how to connect to the innate peace, joy, clarity, and limitless potential of our mind for the development of good qualities through the practise of a simple, profound, and highly practical meditation from the Buddhist meditation tradition, known as ‘The clarity of the mind’ meditation.

We will explore how the experience of this practise gives us the freedom to identify and let go of unhealthy states of mind such as distraction, anxiety and negative thinking as they arise, as well as perceived faults and limiting beliefs that we may hold about ourself, others or life.

We will also see, how this familiarity with the calm, clear essential nature of our mind, enables us to improve our concentration and mindfulness, as well as develop confidence in our ability to cultivate our inner potential for good qualities, such as self-esteem love, compassion and wisdom. In this way, we will learn how to transform our mind into our greatest ally, and find increasing inner peace, genuine happiness and emotional well-being in our lives.

Jun 11 – How to let go of what’s bothering our mind, or holding us back in life
Jun 18 – Discovering the limitless, positive potential of our mind
Jun 25 – Exploring our innate freedom to create the life we want

These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week. No need to bring anything, except a notebook and pen if you wish to take some notes. Dress code is whatever you’re comfortable in. Chairs provided for everyone.
