Whilst we all want happiness in our life, it can seem quite elusive. Discover how we can change this and find a deep and stable experience of inner peace, genuine happiness and emotional well being, through developing new inner habits of happiness.

We will explore how meditation gives us a simple and direct way to connect to a natural peace and joy within our own mind. This opens us up to recognizing and identifying with, the potential for happiness and other good qualities that exist within each and everyone of us.

On this basis, we will explore how we can learn to recognise, reduce and let go of unhealthy habits of mind, that undermine our inner peace and happiness. On the flip side, we will learn how to cultivate new healthy habits of mind – how we relate to ourselves, others and the world around us – that enable us to develop and maintain a peaceful, positive and emotionally resilient mindset, that gives us the power to be happy, whatever is happening in our lives.

Apr 24 – A new perspective on happiness, building inner habits of happiness
May 1 – Discovering the joy of meditation, a step-by-step guide
May 8 – How to develop confidence in our inner potential for happiness
May 15 – How to recognise, reduce and abandon inner obstacles to happiness
May 22 – Staying positive, when things go wrong

These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week. No need to bring anything, except a notebook and pen if you wish to take some notes. Dress code is whatever you’re comfortable in. Chairs provided for everyone.

Drop-in fee (per class): €10 | free for supporting members
Class Card: (4 x classes): €30 – 4 x classes for the price of 3
