Our busy lives can often leave us feeling tired, stressed and in a constant state of worry, leading to anxiety and unhappiness. In this series, we will explore powerful and practical methods of training in meditation and mindfulness, to enable us to let go of these negative feelings and instead develop peaceful, positive states of mind that will allow us to enjoy our life fully and become fearless, resilient and stay positive in the face of life’s challenges.

Jan 15 – How to let go of worrying, inner peace and the key to real happiness
Jan 22 – How to be true to our best self & let go of worrying what others think
Jan 29 – Living in the moment, the key to a worry free life
Feb 5 – Meditation for living each day with greater joy and inner purpose

The classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week.

Drop-in fee (per class): €10 | free for supporting members
Class Card: (4 x classes): €30 – 4 x classes for the price of 3
