Through training in meditation and improving our mindfulness in daily life, we can all learn how to develop and maintain authentic love for others, at all times, in all situations.

We will discover – through our own experience – how love is a real super power! Through improving our love for others, we will find a deeper and longer lasting experience of inner peace, happiness and emotional well-being.

Also, our relationships with others will greatly improve, and we will develop a new and inspiring perspective on the great meaning and benefit authentic love can bring to our life, and those we share our life with.
