Tuesdays, July 2nd to 23rd | 19:15 to 20:45 | at The Dublin Chamber of Commerce, 7 Clare Street, Dublin 2 (opposite the entrance to the National Gallery).

Free Parking: There is free parking available on Merrion square (2 minutes walk to venue) and nearby streets from 7pm.

Many of us have a wish to learn to meditate, but we often feel that we don’t have the time. In this meditation series, we discover how a little bit of meditation can go a long way. We will learn how to connect quickly and easily to our innate sense of inner peace, and having established this peace how we can then use it to influence all aspects of our life.

We will explore how to develop confidence in our own ability to meditate, through gaining experience that gradually increases over time. We will also learn how to establish a daily practice, and more importantly, how to keep ourselves inspired to keep it going. We will discover methods to overcome our distractions, and how to maintain a sense of calm both in and out of meditation.

In this meditation series we will discover how through connecting with our own inner peace, our innate qualities of love, compassion and patience naturally increase and as a result, our life, happiness, well being and relationships with others at home, in the workplace and in our community naturally improve.

July 2 – Developing the confidence to meditate
July 9 – Establishing a daily practice
July 16 – Overcoming obstacles to our meditation
July 23 – Integrating our meditation experiences into daily life

These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. The classes include a talk, two guided meditations and time for Q&A. Each class is self-contained. So, you can attend the whole series, or just drop in to any class, any week. No need to bring anything, except a notebook and pen if you wish to take some notes. Dress code is whatever you’re comfortable in. Chairs provided for everyone.
